Expansion Boards allow you to connect multiple components. Simply connect your lights, connecting cables and power options to an expansion board to complete a circuit.

This expansion board has 12 ports and can be purchased individually.

The holes on each side allow you to connect this expansion board comfortably over 1x10 LEGO plates.

Light My Bricks LEGO Lighting Components provide an easy DIY way for LEGO fans to customize their models using LED lights. With a wide variety of colours, lighting options and effects, anyone can light up their LEGO set.

All our components are plug and play - no electronics knowledge needed!

Elementary Piece for any DIY Illumination

The expansion boards are one of the most important parts of any project, as they are used for distributing the power to your light sources.

I particularly like these large boards, as they

1) have enough ports to light even large builds

2) have two holes that fit onto studs and thus these boards can easily be mounted and hidden within your builds without the need for any adhesives or such.

When you need a lot of connection points this is great. But I like to cut these boards to sizes I need. I don’t recommend doing this because you can break them. In this photo you can see that I cut it to fit 4 ports and have the end hole to connect to a Lego brick.
