We recommend lighting this kit by a USB Power Bank or USB Wall Adaptor (to connect to a mains outlet), which is NOT included in this kit. If you do not have a USB Power Bank or USB Wall Adaptor, you can purchase them from our Powering section.

Overall, I was quite impressed with the kit. I agree with others on not liking the solution for running the main power cable through the stand as that was quite difficult. I do wish there was slightly better cable management instructions. It feels messy underneath. Otherwise, quite impressed.

The end result si good but I spent hours fiddling with all the wires and fragile lights that barely fits. Now there's wires highly visible and barely hidden. I had expected bricks with lights, instead I get lots of wires and tiny, fragile lights. The wires are exposed and the bricks will sometimes not click in place if there's more than one wire, even side by side. The exhaust sits poorer with this kit's modifications (sits on a 4x1 plate instead of with a pin)
Beautiful light kit as always from LMB. Only minor complaint I have is that once you lower the landing gear, the wheels won't go all the way back up into the airplane when you try to raise the gear again because of all the wires and expansion boards.
